Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

C2Stream is intended for licensed legal professionals and their firms, and for individuals 18 or older who are authorized to act for their organization. By using C2Stream you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. The service

C2Stream reads email threads you connect and generates draft replies for your review. C2Stream never sends, deletes, or alters your email on your behalf. Every draft must be reviewed by you; you decide whether, how, and when to send it from your own mailbox.

3. Not legal advice; your professional responsibility

C2Stream is a drafting tool. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. AI-generated drafts may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for reviewing, correcting, and approving every draft, for the content you ultimately send, and for compliance with your jurisdiction’s rules of professional conduct — including any duty to obtain client consent to use AI tools, to supervise the technology, to protect client confidences, and to verify accuracy. You must not rely on C2Stream as a substitute for your own professional judgment.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to your emails, drafts, and other content you provide (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide and improve the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights and any consents necessary to connect the mailboxes and content you use with C2Stream.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use C2Stream for any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purpose.
• Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell, or build a competing product from the service, or circumvent usage limits or security controls.
• Do not use the service to violate the rights of others or applicable law.

6. Accounts and security

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

7. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Intellectual property

C2Stream, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by C Squared Intelligence Technologies and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service per these Terms.

9. Third-party services

C2Stream integrates with third-party services (e.g., Google, Microsoft, and our AI provider). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that drafts will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, C2Stream and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold C2Stream harmless from claims arising out of Your Content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; we will post the updated version here and revise the “last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which C Squared Intelligence Technologies is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. (Confirm the specific jurisdiction and dispute-resolution terms with counsel before launch.)
